The Buying Prosess
The process for investing as a founding partner by purchasing one of the 5 different styles of properties in the village is very simple and structured.
You can invest as an individual or as a small group of colleagues. Thanks to this structure, you can invest as much or a little as you wish as your investment can be structured as a share ownership.

Call us for a personal appointment where we will visit you and discuss all aspects of your investment.
Understand the investment returns, the exit strategy and the personal usage you can enjoy.
Decide to proceed by placing a small reservation fee on the chosen observatory house of your choice.
Once reserved we will ask for a 5% deposit payment. 21 days later that will start the legal process and secure your property and investment.
A further 4 payments over the following 10 months (every 8 weeks) will then be required, as the Sky village is completed and becomes operational.
During the process of construction you will be invited to visit the village to watch your personal Observatory House being constructed.
During the period of 21 days all the legal requirements will be set in place which will include the structure for the most efficient tax and returns potential for your investment.
As an investor you will be dealing directly with ABNL UK company and it’s Bulgarian subsidiary company Sky Village BG Ltd.
