24 hour Restaurant and Conference Facilities
The village community will be supported by a Visitor Centre building located at the Southern lower slope of the village.
This building will form the social centre of the community, and includes a restaurant/bar with food available 24 hours a day.
Delivery to your observatory house is included.

Partnering with the award winning ‘Rest Restaurant’ and master restaurateur Daniel Stanev we have cleverly created the Sky Village restaurant to operate without any cooking on site so we don’t distort observing by heat plumes… no extraction required.
The eatery in main communal block is an ideal area to relax and an opportunity
to get to know other enthusiasts from across the world and exchange ideas and information - or maybe just to sit with a nice cool beer or a glass of wine.
We also offer a take-away menu allowing you to eat in the privacy of your own observatory house, while 24-hr opening welcomes you to the self-service snack bar throughput the night.
Our Bulgarian experience over the past 15 years has enabled us to search out the real culinary gems to share the Bulgarian organic traditional cuisine with you at Sky Village.
All of the food will be sourced and prepared locally, delivered hot to site to be served by our own local catering staff. This is just one way in which Sky Village contributes to employment and prosperity in the local town and villages.
Special dietary requirements of course will be catered for as well as functions and special occasions.
